A Tribe Called Quest Mourns The Passing of Phife Dawg
The Hip Hop Community woke up this morning to shocking news of one of their most beloved emcees passing away. Phife Dawg of a Tribe Called Quest.
Born Malik Issac Taylor on November 20th 1970, he became known to the world as "Phife Dawg" as a member of the Hip Hop group A Tribe Called Quest, which grew popular in the early 90's.
If you are truly a part of this hip hop culture please take the time to learn more about this individual, who was truly one of the greats. Our condelences goes out to his family, friends and loved ones. We also wish the other members of A Tribe Called Quest "Q-Tip", "Shahid" the best as the deal with the passing of their fellow emcee. Phife was 45 at the time of his passing, and the details of his death are still being determined.
