Did Trumps Wife Copy Michelle Obama's Speech?
I woke up this morning to this news! It is extremely evident that Melania Trumps speech is very similar to Michelle Obama's 2008 DNC speech, but Trumps team is denying that any plagiarism has occurred. Seriously despite the evidence there is still a defiant denial that this has occurred. This isn't the first time that Trumps camp has been caught in an interesting situation. Not too long ago there was the accusation that Trump was posing as his own publicists, something which was also denied. The audio evidence still makes it hard to believe that Trump had room to deny it. But here we have his wife on stage at the 2016 RNC and it is very difficult to give her full credibility when you compare the speeches side by side.
So this the Republican nomination for First Family? It could be argued that this was a perfect example of how fake and made up politics really are. Everyone likely copies and borrows and steals for the winners ahead of them, how else do the mold themselves in the lovable popular winners they are trying to become. But at the end of the day, its quite easy to see whose genuine and whose trying to play the part.
